Sucker Punch: Dan John

I enjoy reading T-Muscle. Overall, they have more good articles than most any other bodybuilding magazine or on-line bodybuilding site, but I have to say that the best thing about them is Dan John—if it wasn't for T-Muscle then I would never have been introduced to some of the best training articles (and honest advice) from the pen of Dan John. He ranks right up there with Bill Starr and George Turner. If you don't believe me, then be sure to read T-Muscle's latest interview with him. Just click on the link below: Sucker Punch: Dan John

I don't exactly agree. In fact, I think the better option is to train longer , not harder. If you've been reading Testosterone for any lengthy period of time, then it's possible that you...

Scott Abel interview

Most of my posts are not links to other articles, but occasionally I come across an article that is so good—whether it's bodybuilding or Spirituality—that I have to post a link.      The following is the latest interview from T-Muscle (formerly T-Nation; see link to the right) with bodybuilding trainer Scott Abel.  If you're interested in solely building muscle—as opposed to strength and power—then Abel is definitely your man.      There are some really good "gems" in this article.      Here it is:     http://www.tmuscle.com/free_online_article/sports_body_training_performance_interviews/sucker_punch_scott_abel
