I've read your articles for many years in Ironman and I consider you one of the true ;tell it like it is authors/coaches after so many years of wasting my time and energy with little results in the way of 6 days a week split bp volume trainig- I have finally seen the "light" and have recently started a similar routine from Bill Starr.
